The 8th annual YuleFest gathering, Dec. 12-15, at All World Acres, in the Tampa Bay area.

Ritual, education, and celebration for the entire family.

All World Acres is a not for profit sanctuary that is supported by
the community it serves.

Friday
11am; Gates open for vendors.
3pm; Gates open for campers and all other visitors.
6pm; Dinner in the Cafe
7:30pm; Meet and Greet celebration in the courtyard. Come join Richard and Mary for a new and fun way of greeting everyone at the event. Will include drumming and dancing.
9pm; Full Moon Ritual at the main fire circle presented by the Garden of the Goddess Circle. Open to everyone.
10pm; Sweat Lodge at the lodge camp.
10pm; Drum circle around the main fire.

Saturday
9am; Breakfast
10am; Tai Chi in the courtyard: Tai Chi, a moving Meditation, will open up all things within us as it connects our breathing with body, mind, and spirit. Join us as we move free within as without.
10am: Yule crafting for the kids in the courtyard
11am; Energy healing for the kids. Workshop will include discussion and healing circle for kids and teens.
12pm; Lunch in the Cafe
1pm: Mnemonic Tarot: This workshop presents a unique approach to using the Tarot: the use of keywords to remember the meanings behind the Major Arcana. This method uses only the Major Arcana so that one learns to "listen" to and convey the messages that the Tarot wishes to impart. Covering topics from the meanings of the Major Arcana cards to watching body language and more, even those familiar with the Tarot may discover a deeper understanding and connection to what the Tarot can truly tell you.
2:30pm: Mama Gina's Kaballah Soup ... or ... Tree Climbing 101: Be ready for a little levity as we pursue a basic understanding of the Kaballah and the cosmic filing cabinet that is the Tree of Life.
4pm: Circle Etiquette: A Gentle Reminder: This workshop is a light-hearted approach to all of the finer points of attending a Circle, from accepting an invitation to cleaning up after, both as a guest and as a host. This informative presentation is so full of hints, tricks and suggestions that everyone from those new to the Craft to seasoned veterans are sure to learn something.
5pm; Main Ritual: Yule Ritual presented by the community.
6pm; Dinner
7pm: Yula Hula: This fun and exciting show has been a favorite at YuleFest since the beginning. Kat and Kyna have planned a special new twist for this year’s presentation.
8pm; Tooth and Nail show. The amazing Captain Olav and Gaia will perform their incredible impact arts show. A renowned sword swallower and fire performer Olav always presents a thrilling and entertaining show.
9pm: Bardic Circle. This is an opportunity for everyone to share their talents with the community. Tell a joke or story, read a poem, sing a song, dance, or anything else you would like to share.
10pm: Drum circle around the main fire.

Sunday
9am; Breakfast
10am; Village Council; YuleFest is a community event and AWA is a community sanctuary. This is the time for members of this community to speak out. The “talking stick” is passed around and everyone will get an opportunity to be heard.
11am; Celtic Warrior workshop: This in-depth presentation will include; history of the men and women who were warriors of the Celtic Tribes, meditation and the inner knowing, weapons and tools of the Celts, courage from the words of the Bards, the soul of the True Warrior. It is a path that some still take, men and women who change the way they look at the world around them and are forever changed from within.
12pm; Lunch
1pm; Massage for the Masses: For those people you see everyday who are
just plain TIRED! The workshop will present some basic anatomy
information and massage concepts and techniques that will allow you to
share some of your natural healing energy with those TIRED people.
Volunteers from the audience will have the opportunity to portray
'tired' people with the option of enjoying a 5 minute massage. Come TIRED!
2pm; New Freedom Show and Tell: Alternatives to Civilized Addictions. Show and/or demonstrate alt. sources of energy, solar cooking, photovoltaic electricity, solar water makers, wind generators, alternatives to clothing, housing, food, jobs, etc.
3pm Crystal Bowl Meditation. Come join Jessica and her bowls for a peaceful healing experience.
4pm; Healing Circle: A time to share healing with others. This will include a group healing ritual that will allow us to connect with others at the event as well as with those at a distance.
5pm; Village Meeting
7pm Drum Circle

Monday
The final morning of YuleFest is reserved for fellowship as we say goodbye to new and old friends and make plans to come together again.
